Please note that:

the daily registration fee applies to a single day only and cannot be combined or accumulated to cover multiple days
presenters of the accepted abstracts must register for the whole Congress (no one day registration)
students must provide a document certifying enrolment as a student in a Bachelor’s program (first cycle) or a Master’s program (second cycle). The reduced student fee does not apply to third-cycle programs (i.e. PhD students)
the places available for participants coming from Developing Countries are sold out
if a VISA is required, it can be automatically generated at the time of registration by entering your passport number. Should you need to add any additional information, please contact the Organizing Secretariat: registrations.wcmt2026@planning.it

Name changes

Name changes are possible free of charge before June 7, 2026. For each name change you need to inform us by email to registrations.wcmt2026@planning.it

After this date, an administration fee of € 50,00 will be applied. In case of a name change, participants agree to take over all booked programme items from the originally registered participant.

Social dinner

The social dinner is not included in the registration fee. If you want to attend the event, please buy a ticket through the registration platform. Further information will follow. Kindly note that there will be limited number of tickets.

Cancellation policy

All amendments or cancellations should be submitted by email to: registrations.wcmt2026@planning.it

The following refund conditions apply:

In case of cancellation on or before April 30, 2026, the registration fee will be refunded with a deduction of € 50,00 as administration fee.
In case of cancellation after May 1, 2026, but before June 6, 2026, the registration fee will be refunded with a deduction of 50% of the price as cancellation fee. The registration fee will not be refunded for cancellations received after June 7, 2026 or in case of no-shows.
All reimbursements will be sent after the congress within 60/90 days.
