Booking terms
To check availability and book one or more tours, please send an email to booking@amazing-italy.com, indicating in the subject line: “WCMT2026 + name of the tour”.
All prices are in Euro and including local taxes & VAT.
The registration deadline is May 31, 2026.
Each tour will be confirmed upon reaching the minimum number of participants, as specified within each information sheet. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the customer may choose another tour and pay any applicable price difference or receive a refund for the difference, if applicable. Alternatively, the customer may request a full refund.
Payment terms & conditions
- Full-payment is required at confirmation and in any case no later than June 20, 2026.
- We will send you a booking confirmation email with a link to safely pay by credit card.
- Once the payment is made, we will send a confirmation email with tour information and a regular fiscal invoice receipt. We will require the credit card holder full name and address which we must indicate in the invoice receipt according to the Italian regualation.
- Should we not receive the payment by the deadline indicated, we will treat your reservation as cancelled.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the tour the following penalties will apply:
- from May 23 to June 5 2026: 30% penalty
- from June 6 to June 12 2026: 50% penalty
- from June 13 to June 21 2026: 70% penalty
- from June 22 to July 6 2026: 100% penalty
Partial cancellations are not allowed. Museums’ and train tickets and the Venice tourist pass, once issued, are non-refundable.
